What We Need From You
Digital Scan Files
STL or DCM files from your intraoral or desktop scanner. And Photogrametry scans We accept all major scanner formats.
Implant Data
Implant system, platform size, connection type, and scan body used. Include the surgical report if available.
Prescription Form
Completed Rx with shade selection, occlusal scheme, and any special instructions.
Photos (Recommended)
Facial big smile and retracted photos for smile design reference.
