Technology & Materials
Every All-on-X case we produce runs through a fully digital workflow — from scan to sintered zirconia — on equipment that eliminates human error at every step.
Our Equipment
We operate multi-axis dental milling centers capable of producing full-arch restorations with sub-micron tolerances. Our machines run 24/7, which is how we maintain a consistent 10-day turnaround regardless of case volume.
Materials
Grade 5 — High Translucency
Our primary material for full-arch restorations. High-translucency monolithic zirconia delivers exceptional esthetics with the fracture resistance required for full-arch loading.
Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V
For hybrid prostheses and cases requiring maximum structural integrity, we mill titanium frameworks in-house. No outsourcing, no delays.
High-Impact Acrylic
Precision-milled PMMA provisionals for immediate loading protocols. Same digital design file as the final — ensuring a seamless transition.
Digital Workflow
From the moment your scan files arrive, every step is digital. No stone models. No manual wax-ups. Our fully digital pipeline means faster turnaround, tighter tolerances, and a case that's reproducible to the micron.
STL/OBJ files are imported into our design software and verified for scan quality, implant positions, and occlusal data.
Our technicians design the full-arch prosthetic in 3D, optimizing occlusion, emergence profile, and esthetic parameters.
A design preview is sent to you for approval before milling begins. Changes are made in minutes, not days.
The approved design is sent directly to our milling center. Zirconia or titanium is milled to sub-micron tolerances.
Zirconia is sintered in high-speed furnaces, then stained, glazed, and polished to your shade prescription.
Every case passes a multi-point inspection before overnight shipping. Tracking is sent the moment it leaves the lab.
Quality Standards
Each framework is verified for passive fit on a master model before finishing begins.
Digital occlusal analysis confirms contact distribution meets clinical specifications.
Final shade is reviewed against your prescription under standardized lighting conditions.
Critical dimensions are measured against the digital design file before case release.
